This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through http://www.etchandillustrate.com.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
We offer full refunds within fourteen (14) days of purchase under the following conditions:
The product has not been worn or used
The product is not damaged
The product is returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Refunds will not be issued for:
Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Products returned without original packaging
Items returned after 14 days from purchase
Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
3. RETURN PROCESS

Photos of the item (if applicable)
Returns must be approved before sending items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Once the return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. SALES TAX DISCLOSURE (ILLINOIS)
Etch and Illustrate LLC collects 8.5% sales tax on applicable purchases in accordance with Illinois state and local tax laws.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. CONSUMER RIGHTS (ILLINOIS)
This policy does not affect your rights under Illinois consumer protection laws, including the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
