Etch and Illustrate LLC sells custom print-on-demand products only. We do not offer services.

All products are created specifically for each order

Production begins shortly after an order is placed

Final products may vary slightly in color, size, or placement due to printing processes

Such variations are normal and do not constitute defects

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)

Full payment is required at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors; we do not store or have access to your full payment information

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders containing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times consist of production time plus carrier shipping time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final.

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

The product arrives damaged

The product is defective

​

The incorrect item was received

To request a resolution, customers must contact support@etchandillustrate.com
within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect size, color, or design selection by the customer

Buyer’s remorse

Minor variations inherent to the printing process
