Shipping Policy

• Variable Shipping Rates: Costs depend on the Print Provider, product type, and location; merchants choose whether to charge customers or offer free shipping.

• Shipping Options:

  • Economy: Cheaper, slower, often domestic only (e.g., 4-8 days in US).

  • Standard: More common, better balance of speed and cost, available worldwide (e.g., 2-5 days US, 10-30 days Int'l).

  • Priority/Express: Faster, often 2-3 business days, with extra cost, available for eligible products.

• Production vs. Shipping Time: Orders first undergo production (2-7 days generally), then shipping time begins; estimated ship-by dates are in the Orders tab.

• Carrier & Tracking: Specific carriers (like DHL, USPS) are used, and tracking numbers are provided once shipped, with different carriers possible for multi-item orders.

• Address Requirements: Addresses must use Latin characters, with specific line limits; customers are responsible for accuracy.

Note

Orders with Standard Shipping may be upgraded to Priority if supported by the Print Provider. Economy Shipping cannot be upgraded. Express Delivery must be selected when placing the order—upgrades to Express are not available.
